This Privacy Policy explains how LeadCentral Data collects, uses, stores and protects information when customers access or use our lead data platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform, purchasing lead data, or using any related service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect customer information including name, email address, phone number, company name, billing details, GST details, login activity, IP address, browser information, payment status, purchase history, support requests and platform usage details.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to create and manage accounts, process payments, deliver purchased lead data, provide support, improve platform performance, prevent fraud, monitor misuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and communicate important service updates.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay. We do not store complete card, UPI, net banking or wallet credentials on our servers. Payment confirmation, transaction reference and order status may be stored for billing and access control.

4. Lead Data Accuracy

LeadCentral Data uses commercially reasonable methods to collect, classify, verify and update lead information. However, customer interest, contactability, budget, location preference and purchase intent may change over time. We do not guarantee that every lead will convert, respond, remain active, or match the customer’s expected outcome.

5. Customer Responsibility After Download

Once lead data is accessed, exported or downloaded, the customer is solely responsible for lawful usage, communication practices, data handling, telemarketing compliance, consent management, DND checks, anti-spam compliance and any other applicable regulatory requirement.

6. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers, payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics systems, security tools, support systems, legal advisors or authorities where required for platform operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

7. Account Monitoring and Security

We may monitor account activity, login behavior, downloads, payment attempts and usage patterns to protect the platform from misuse, scraping, resale, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse or policy violations.

8. Data Retention

We may retain account, billing, transaction, access, support and compliance records for as long as necessary for business, legal, tax, security and dispute resolution purposes.

9. No Public Redistribution

Customers must not publish, resell, redistribute, upload, share, transfer or expose purchased data publicly or to third parties without written permission from LeadCentral Data.

10. Refund and Delivery Related Data

Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are treated as final once payment is successful or data access is enabled. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law or where LeadCentral Data determines, at its sole discretion, that a technical issue prevented delivery.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means the customer accepts the revised policy.
